Grelon Link plays a critical role as Lead Mechanical Technician by keeping equipment operating at a high level. He monitors machines daily, manages wear and tear and ensures production runs without interruption. His work supports the steady output of products used in hospitals across the country.
From telemetry pouches to infant caps and ice bags, each item depends on equipment that performs consistently. Maintaining that performance helps keep production on track.
Quality starts with attention to detail. Grelon checks for defects and impurities throughout the production process to ensure every product meets strict standards. This hands-on approach helps maintain consistency and reliability across all product lines.
Each inspection supports healthcare providers who rely on dependable medical supplies. The goal is to deliver products that perform as expected in critical care settings.
Grelon’s background as a veteran brings a strong sense of purpose to his work. Being part of a veteran-owned company holds personal meaning and reinforces a shared commitment to service.
Dedication and discipline guide his approach each day. These values support both the team and the broader mission of delivering quality products.
Leadership and mentorship have shaped Grelon’s growth. He focuses on contributing to something larger than himself while helping maintain strong operations across the facility. Every effort on the production floor connects back to patient care. Reliable equipment and consistent quality ensure that healthcare providers receive products they can trust when it matters most.

I fabricate and test new machines. I helped engineer the automated fetal belt machine and the automated Telemetry Pouch machine. I have been with EME since March 2011. I began working at EME during high school and continued working part-time while attending LSU. I worked on the production floor, made boxes, pulled orders, and even drove the van from warehouse to warehouse when EME consisted of 3 buildings. After graduating, I moved into the role of Inventory and Logistics Coordinator where I moved LTL freight and assisted with managing inventory. I was promoted to Manufacturing Manager in January of 2021, where I do a little bit of everything, such as managing employees, staying on top of raw material, finished goods and mechanic’s parts inventory. I am also involved in quality control, purchasing, negotiating freight rates, control of the shipping department, and special projects.
I started my career at EME in 2005 as an Industrial Equipment Technician and became Project Engineer in 2016. Since taking on that role, my team & I, along with our resources, have been focused on and incorporated many automation processes into our operation. My responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time within budget and scope. I take great pride in what I do to represent our company.
