Veteran-Owned and Proudly Made in the U.S.A

EME Company creates infant caps with a focus on comfort and care for newborns. Each cap provides a soft and secure fit that helps support warmth during the earliest stages of life. Hospitals rely on products that feel gentle while delivering consistent performance. Every detail is designed with patient care in mind. The result is a product that supports both caregivers and the smallest patients they serve.
These infant caps feature a double-ply construction that adds durability and softness. The knitting process uses more thread than standard options, which helps improve warmth and overall feel. This added material creates a cap that holds its shape while remaining comfortable for extended wear.
Latex-free materials provide an added layer of safety for sensitive newborn skin. This focus on material quality helps ensure each cap meets the needs of healthcare environments.
Manufacturing in the United States allows for close control over quality and production standards. We produce each cap with attention to detail and consistency from start to finish. Healthcare providers value products that are made domestically and delivered with reliability. This commitment supports both quality and trust across the industry.
Hospitals and care teams choose these infant caps for their dependable performance. The combination of softness, stretch and durability makes them a reliable option for everyday use.
From the moment a cap is picked up, the difference is clear. The materials, construction and fit all work together to create a product that supports newborn care. Every cap reflects a commitment to quality, comfort and reliability in healthcare.

I began working at EME during high school and continued working part-time while attending LSU.
