We use the highest quality, Latex free material to knit our line of Maternity and Infant Care products. All material is acquired domestically and is run on state of the art equipment located in our Baton Rouge facility; much of it is proprietary and innovative.
Our goal is to be the low cost supplier in our market and we employ Lean principals along with Six Sigma discipline and automation in everything that we do. At EME, customer satisfaction is our number one concern and goal. Patient comfort and nurse satisfaction with reliability and ease of use are constantly monitored. We use extensive surveys and personal contact to continually improve in this area.

We produce a full line of infant caps in the traditional pink/blue/white blend, solid pink, blue and white and in special seasonal colors like red and green at Christmas.
We produce a complete variety of all belts used in fetal monitoring. We knit our belts with soft Polyester thread and latex free Lycra. We offer a line of extra long belts for those special needs. We provide a seamless belly band for those who don’t want to use belts.
We offer the traditional loose mesh knitted briefs in all of the popular sizes. The waist bands are color coded for ease of selection. We also offer a more stylish option in our seamless knitted line. We frequently have mothers contact us when they get home wanting to buy more for their at home use.
